SM 255T:

  • The SM255t is designed with a backward tilting spindle. Working underneath the stock makes for safer working, without restriction of size of stock being machined.
  • Wood chips are directed into the exhaust outlet.
  • A true vertical rise and fall system (patent applied for) allows for vertical adjustment of the spindle independent of the tilting mechanism.
  • Interchangeable spindle.
  • Reverse spindle rotation switch.
  • Digital readout to height and angle adjustment.
  • Positive stops at 90 and 45 degrees.
  • Power take off for power feed.
SM3ii:

  • A cast iron table mounted on a heavy steel cabinet provides maximum timber support and a stable and accurate base for anchoring the spindle motor housing, and rise and fall mechanism.
  • A cast iron horse shoe type assembly with independently adjustable precision ground fence plates and movement indicators.
  • The spindle rise and fall mechanism is operated by a handwheel at the front of the machine.
  • Spindle height is read from a scale and pointer on the SM3ii.
TA450:
  • Designed for strength in their construction, precision engineering.
  • Rip fence of aluminium section, allowing for two working positions (ripping and angled ripping) and for movement fore and aft in relation to the sawblade to suit different operations.
  • The assembly runs on a nylon roller, gliding easily across the beds, and is supported by a 30/40mm diameter solid steel bar for rigidity.
  • Aluminium saw guard is riving knife mounted and automatically rises and falls with the blade.
  • Blade changing does not require the guard to be removed.
  • Additional safety features include thermal overload no volt release protection, a lock off emergency stop, a lockable isolator, and a foot stop.

TE/ TESH:
  • Easy to use and accurate in operation.
  • Work is positioned on the rolling table against an end stop and a fence, and is secured by a camaction clamp.
  • The tenon width is set by raising or lowering the top motor and its position on the timber by raising/ lowering the two motors in tandem.
  • Each cutting head has provision for profile knives to enable the operator to match the cross section of the components being jointed.
  • Automatic braking
  • Starters with thermal overload, no voltage release protection and lock off emergency stop switch.
  • High performance lightweight cutter blocks with chip limiting devices.
  • One piece front cutter guard.

MB:

  • Designed and built for precision, long life and minimum maintenance.
  • The rigid mainframe assemblies (made up of cast iron base, side frames, and fixed outfeed table) give exceptional stability, and accurately house feed and cutter block bearings, and the infeed and thicknessing tables.
  • A large diameter three knife cutter block provides improved finish, and runs in a 'sealed for life' bearings for minimum maintenance.
  • Knife setting is aided by height adjustment screws.

571:
  • A cast iron base, column, table and slideaways provides a rigid and durable mainframe assembly, onto which is mounted the cast iron chisel head and motor.
  • The chisel head is counterbalanced by a weight, giving fingertip control to the rise and fall and eliminating the breakage's associated with spring type mechanisms.
  • The table has longitudinal and lateral movement on a single handwheel, not only for ease of operation, but also for more precise positioning.
  • The switchgear has no volt release, thermal overload, and a mushroom headed stop button.
